Agent Production 2013: Where Do You Rank in the Omaha Area?

Last week, we had our annual awards banquet for our company and I know many of you are having your awards for the past year’s sales production. Congratulations on all of your success in 2013! One of the things we do at DEEB Realty at the end of January is that we take a few weeks and break down all of the production states so that not only do we know where they fall in the company, but where they fall within the market overall. I wanted to share this with you today so you can see where you fall in the Omaha area’s production.

If you were an agent or a team that completed at least 50 transactions, you are among the top 3% of realtors in our area. If you completed at least 40 transactions, you fell within the top 6% of realtors in our area; if you made at least 30 transactions, you fell within the top 9% of reallots in our area. If you made at least 20 transactions, you fell within the top 17% and if you completed at least 10 transactions last year, you fell within the top 34%. All of this information was taken from the MLS.

As for volume, if you brought in at least $10 million in volume, you are ranked in the top 2.5% of realtors in the area. After that, if you generated at least $8 million in volume, you fell within the top 5% of realtors and to fall in the top 6% you needed to generate at least $6 million in volume. Finally, if you generated $4 million in volume, you ranked within the top 14% and at least $2 million put you within the top 28% of realtors.

I have found that this is a great way to view production. No matter where you fall in these rankings, you can always use it in your listing presentations. This tool isn’t just for people who are receiving the awards, but also for new agents or realtors who want to increase their production.

If you have any questions about where you fall on a micro level, reach out to me and I would be happy to sit down with you. Thanks and have a great day!
