Thank You for a Phenomenal Year!

On behalf of myself and everybody at DEEB Realty, I want to congratulate you on a record breaking sales year. We sold over 12,000 homes in the Omaha area; which was a record for us! Our company also had a record breaking sales year as I’m sure many of you did as well. I also would like to extend a very happy and healthy New Year and prosperous 2014 to all realtors and other industries related to real estate in Omaha. Thank you for all you do and the wonderful relationships we’ve created. You’ve helped us grow over the years and I appreciate all the interaction on daily basis. I can’t thank you enough!

As we reflect on 2013, I also want to mention that December was DEEB Realty’s 20th anniversary and we’re looking forward to another 20 years! The past 20 years have been full of innovation, growth and service and it’s been a great ride. However, we’re just getting started! DEEB Realty was started by a man in his basement and has flourished to the 300 agents we have today. There are many special, dedicated people that came together to make this happen and not to mention the great realtors we have that built this company. A sincere thanks to everyone that has been a part of this! We’ve grown because of our innovation, progressive mindset, forwarding thinking and the service we provide our realtors; we believe our realtors are our customers. It has been our mantra since day one and I truly believe that’s why we’re successful.

There has also been a lot of firsts that DEEB has brought to the market over the last 20 years. We were the first with our profit structure, we were the first large company broker to not charge any fees, the first to bring digital signature technology to all of our agents, the first to bring a cloud-based transaction management software system to all of our agents free of charge and also the first local realtors to build a local real estate mobile app from scratch. Those are just a few of the things we are very proud of. We’re proud of the innovation, proud of the service and we’re constantly trying to improve as a company. We are still in our infancy and are very excited for the future.

Last year was not only a record year for sales, but it was also a record year for charity. At our annual Christmas party, DEEB Realty has a silent auction for our primary charity, the Shelter Fund. The Shelter Fund raises money throughout the year for homeless shelters across Omaha; 100% of the money we raise goes to homeless shelters! We are very proud to announce that we blew out our record from years past by raising $30,000 from our Christmas party and matching contributions from our mortgage partner, First Mortgage. We’re very excited to give back to the homeless shelters, especially this time of year when it is most needed.
