I believe that one of the reasons our company has grown so much over the last decade is because of our community support and involvement.  One of the most important things that any successful business should do is recognize that their success is because of the community that supports their company, and then give back to the communities in which they are a part. 

As a locally owned company that has been around for 18 years, DEEB Realty takes a tremendous amount of pride in giving back to our community.  Each year we donate, sponsor, and volunteer to approximately 25 different organizations, and most of them are local.

Here is a look at some of the ways DEEB Realty supports our community.

o   The Shelter Fund – Supports various local homeless Shelters.  Our primary charity

o   Operation Others - provides food for underprivileged during the holiday season

We have two major fundraisers each year (and several other ways to donate) our annual golf tournament and our company Christmas party.  Giving back to our community is a big part of our company, and we look forward to doing more and more in the future as we continue to grow.

One of the most important services a company can provide its Realtors is support, or at DEEB Realty we call it customer service because we believe our agents are our customers.  Support services are sometimes hard to quantify as to the importance to your business, but when you need it you are either very grateful for it, or wish you had it.

At DEEB Realty we offer a wide range of support services that include:

·         We have a dozen management and staff members ready to assist you with questions 7 days a week from 8:00 am – 10:00 pm.
·         Our management team has an open door policy that means instant accessibility to get your questions answered right away.
·         Our management team has over sixty years of combined real estate experience and knowledge so we can help guide you through any situation you may have.
·         We offer well over 200 training classes each year.
·         We have taught over 100 class topics over the last few years, and we are always revamping old classes and adding new ones.
·         Many of our classes are not the 101 level courses for new agents, but advanced topics that address the skill sets necessary for today’s successful Realtors.
·         We offer accountability groups that meet bi-weekly that helps provide knowledge, motivation, and business productivity.
·         All listing input and document upload
·         Technology support and training for Paragon, email, software, hardware, and more
·         And much much more!

As always we don’t charge additional fees to our agents to provide these services.

At DEEB Realty our agents are our customers.  We really look at it like we work for them as opposed to the other way around. They are the reason our company is successful, and so our daily focus is on what we can do to make their business more productive and efficient, and their lives easier.
